Shalonda ‘Nikki’ Myles, NP is a board-certified registered nurse practitioner leading the team at Trilogy Behavioral Health Services. Care is available in the main offices in Germantown and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and additional primarily telehealth-based offices in Reno, Nevada; Sheridan, Wyoming; Oro Valley, Arizona; St. Petersburg, Florida; Boulder, Colorado; and Portland, Oregon.
The Trilogy Behavioral Health Services team provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care to help patients handle challenging disorders like depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). After obtaining a graduate degree in 2013 and graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2014, Yasmin pursued further education at the University of Kentucky to achieve certification as a Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2018. In 2022, she completed a doctorate in nursing research focusing on substance abuse and psychiatric disorders at Northern Kentucky University. Yasmin has gained extensive experience working with mental health patients across various settings, including hospitals, universities, and community-based clinics catering to the homeless population. Recognized for her compassionate advocacy for patients, Yasmin leverages her diverse background and education, alongside her empathetic nature, to deliver exceptional care. Caroline Awosika

Caroline Awosika is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization from Chamberlain University and brings more than a decade of clinical experience in psychiatric, emergency, and behavioral health settings.
Caroline has trained extensively in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic communication through multiple practicum rotations in outpatient, community, and emergency environments. She has worked in acute inpatient psychiatry, mental health crisis treatment, and behavioral health units, gaining deep experience supporting individuals with complex psychiatric and substance-related conditions.
Known for her calm, patient-centered approach, Caroline emphasizes safety, collaboration, and culturally competent care. She is committed to helping patients achieve stability and improved quality of life through thoughtful clinical evaluation and personalized treatment planning.
Tinika Aldridge

Tinika Aldridge is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience serving patients across Wisconsin. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University.
Tinika’s career spans inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, telepsychiatry, correctional facilities, long-term care, and adolescent behavioral health. Her broad clinical background includes roles as a Senior Inpatient Psychiatric RN, Psychiatric Clinician, LPN, and CNA instructor.
In her current role as an Advance Nurse Prescriber-PMHNP, Tinika provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. She is known for her strong clinical judgment, crisis management skills, and dedication to advocating for her patients.
